DESCRIPTION

- Execution of the recruitment and selection process

- Post open positions on the company's platforms and communication channels

- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates

- Maintenance of recruitment platforms

- Ensure the hiring process

- Ensure safety compliance and local regulations

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.

- Supervise the distribution, inventory, and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).





- Organize and lead training sessions focused on safety and regulatory compliance

- Ensure compliance with customer requirements in EHS matters

- Execution of EHS processes

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field.

- +3 years of experience in recruitment and HR processes for the Automotive Engineering

- Strong knowledge in EHS regulations and legislation

- Knowledge of IMSS Law and Social Security requirements related to HR and EHS

- Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO/IEC 17025

- Specialization in 8D Tool Management and 5´S
