Job Description

Monitor and facilitate compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental and Quality System rules & policies by all persons in their work area.

Job Requirements

Aeronautical, industrial, or similar engineering.

Ensures compliance with Instruction Maintenance and Repair, Service Bulletin, Engineering Specifications, Airworthiness Directives, and all documents issued for engine maintenance or any if their components.
Integrate, guide, develop, engage and provide feedback their collaborators team to achieve the technical capacity required to guarantee technical competence in execution of tasks assigned during the shop visit.
Supervise the Productivity & Efficiency of tasks performed by personnel under his/her charge, ensuring that necessary records, traceability and data management are kept demonstrating the work performed.
