Job Description
Supervises the area of operations where he/she works, ensuring compliance with the objectives of Safety, Quality, Costs, Delivery, Personnel, and Continuous Improvement, as well as the effective management of resources in the area.

Supervises and facilitates compliance with safety and quality rules by all persons in their work area.
Ensures compliance with maintenance and repair instructions under the highest safety and quality standards.
Integrates, guides, develops, motivates, and provides feedback to team members to achieve the technical capacity required to ensure the proper execution of tasks necessary for turbofan engine maintenance.
Supervises the productivity and efficiency of tasks performed by staff under their supervision, ensuring traceability and management of data necessary for work records.
Manages incidents involving staff under their supervision, shift assignments, overtime, leave, vacations,
and other matters with the area manager and/or human resources.
Collaborates and participates in internal and external audits. Implements corrective and preventive actions to ensure maximum safety, quality, and efficiency in the process at all times.
