Are you a Personal Injury Case Manager looking for a remote job?

We are currently hiring a full-time remote Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in U.S. Personal Injury Law (California experience strongly preferred).
- C2-level English proficiency and Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).
- Availability to work full-time during California (Pacific Time) business hours.
- Strong knowledge of pre-litigation workflows, insurance claims, and medical record auditing.

Duties include:

- Independently managing a high-volume caseload of active personal injury files.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, compassionate, and frequent updates in both English and Spanish.
- Requesting, tracking, organizing, and auditing medical records and billing documentation.
- Opening insurance claims, verifying policy limits, and communicating regularly with insurance adjusters.
- Drafting Letters of Representation (LORs), DMV forms, demand packages, and general legal correspondence.
