Job Description

- Collect and analyze the needs of one or more existing functions or organizations.

- Design, update, reengineer and improve processes respecting the strategic orientations of the company and the group, integrating the associated budgetary elements.

- Implement and ensure the organizational and functional coherence of the information system(s)

- Identify, design, update and document, based on Business vision, all processes he/she is owning, with a goal of process alignment from all BUs

- Based on a « Best Value for Money » and standard COTS approaches, identify , define and design processes or part of the processes to be supported by the IS

- Collect, Understand and Write business requirements

- Contribute to Enterprise Architecture analysis & simplification

- Execute on site scope analysis prior deployment stage

- Communicate detail of the processes to the Business organization (for execution) and establish loops to permanently improve those processes thru Lean or Six Sigma (Safran+) initiatives

- Formalize operating principles, « As IS » and « To Be » processes and organization

- Organize and coordinate international network through Team Building animation (workshops, BPR, conf calls…)





- Contribute to the solution verification before User Acceptance Test

- Set up management by Processes and Data quality management with BPI

- Help to define and plan the necessary trainings

- Contribute to priorities management and roadmap for eWInS Project

- Is the process expert referent for Support team when required (Project or Run mode)

- Point of contact for any information related to the process

- Impact analysis when deploying SHM in a new location

- Support UAT and Deployment phases on Project mode.
