The Role
The Lead Relationship Specialist (LRS) is the first point of contact for homeowners who've reached out to sell. Call inbound and follow-up leads, build rapport fast, qualify sellers, and set quality appointments for our Home Buying Specialists to close. Phone-heavy, performance-based, no ceiling on the effort-to-payout ratio.

What You'll Do

- Work a daily lead list — dial, connect, and qualify motivated home sellers
- Set appointments for our acquisitions team with accurate, detailed notes
- Follow up consistently on leads that didn't convert on the first touch
- Log all activity in Salesforce
- Hit daily and weekly KPIs on dials,



contacts, and appointments set
- Show up to daily team huddles and communicate proactively with your lead

What We're Looking For

- Prior phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting experience (real estate is a plus, not a requirement)
- High accountability — you perform without someone watching you
- Strong communicator who builds trust fast on the phone
- Comfortable with rejection, relentless about follow-up
- Comfortable in Slack, CRM, and dialers without hand-holding
