General Description

The Bilingual Recruiter is a talent acquisition professional responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job openings.

Job Objective

To ensure an efficient selection process and to present the most suitable candidates to the Account Executives for further consideration.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Recruitment and Selection.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language: 100% English proficiency is MANDATORY (C1 level).
- Technical Skills: Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online job boards.

Main Responsibilities

- Identify and define the requirements for assigned job openings.
- Post job openings on employment portals and other attraction channels.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening and screening.
- Administer, collect, and follow up on candidate assessments.
- Channel viable profiles to the corresponding department.

Key Functions





- Collaborate closely with the Account Executives team to understand client needs and the specific profiles required for each vacancy.
- Publish job ads on job boards, social media, and other recruitment media to attract top-tier talent.
- Execute pre-screening and screening processes to evaluate experience, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews in both Spanish and English via virtual platforms (e.g., Google Meet), ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Collect, review, and monitor psychometric and technical assessments.
- Compile complete candidate files and forward finalists to Account Executives for validation and client presentation.

Benefits

- Monthly Salary: $23,000 – $25,000 MXN (Net/After taxes) based on experience.
