Mother Modern Plumbing is a fast-growing residential plumbing company based in Texas. We are expanding quickly and looking for top LATAM sales talent to help us convert inbound leads into booked appointments.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong English, sales confidence, and experience handling customers over the phone.

We are looking for candidates with experience in:

✅ Inbound sales calls

✅ Appointment setting
✅ Customer service with sales goals
✅ Lead follow-up and pipeline management
✅ Home services, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, solar, real estate, insurance, or BPO sales experience is a strong plus

You will be responsible for speaking with potential customers, understanding their needs, following up with leads, and booking qualified appointments for our plumbing team.

Requirements

✅ Sales or appointment-setting experience is required
✅ C1/C2 English level is required — strong spoken English is non-negotiable
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
✅ Strong communication and objection-handling skills
✅ Reliable, organized,



and self-managed
✅ High ownership mentality and strong follow-through
✅ Availability for night shifts and weekends is required

Compensation

Up to $2,500 USD/month base salary + Commissions

100% remote
Full-time position

Schedule

Our business operates:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM Central Time
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Central Time

At this time, we are prioritizing candidates who are available for evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends.
