Your tasks:

- Planning and coordinating production processes and equipment

- Leading project management activities, including technical leadership to the project team

- Managing the overall project budget and ensuring all project objectives are met

- Designing workstations with a strong focus on ergonomics and occupational safety

- Preparing technical tender documents/specifications, evaluating supplier proposals and ensuring compliance with requirements

- Creating and maintaining layout plans (AutoCAD)

- Evaluating projects and change requests, including feasibility assessments (e.g., manufacturability checks)

- Setting up new projects in coordination with all relevant interfaces and departments

Your qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering,



Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics) or a comparable qualification

- 6–7 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally with a focus on assembly

- Strong English skills; German language skills are a plus

- Strong teamwork and communication abilities, along with a high degree of flexibility

- Willingness to travel internationally for projects
