About our client: They are one of the largest self-storage operators in the U.S., operating over 50 locations. They offer adaptable lease options and a range of unit sizes to accommodate different storage needs and provide advice and resources to help their customers plan and execute their move.

About the job: The CSR | Self-Storage Operator will handle inbound sales and customer service inquiries via phone, video, and email. You will assist prospective and existing tenants with rentals, account questions, payments, and general facility-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

● Answer inbound sales and customer service calls

● Conduct video calls with customers using on-site kiosks

● Respond to email inquiries from possible and existing tenants

● Assess customer storage needs and recommend appropriate unit sizes

● Explain facility features, policies, and pricing clearly and accurately

● Process rentals, payments, and account updates

● Document all interactions in the CRM system

Important note: You will conduct video calls. Kiosks are available at various locations for customers to call in and request to speak with an agent through video.



It is important to have a "professional background" during these calls to create a respectful and professional experience.

● Please note that there might be just a FEW OR EVEN NO requests in a day, depending on how much assistance the customer needs at the facility.

● While professional attire isn't strictly required, anything decent and not too casual would be acceptable.

Qualifications:

● 1–2 years of customer service experience (inbound voice or call center preferred).

● Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.

● Prior Self-Storage experience is a MUST.

● Strong listening skills, quick thinking, and a customer-first mindset.

● Sales experience strongly preferred (retail, call center, or phone-based conversions)

● Comfortable working US business hours.

Required Equipment:

- Hardwired Internet
- Laptop or desktop Windows 11. Processor of Intel i5 8th gen or higher and 16GB RAM.

Schedule:

40 hours per week; Monday–Sunday with two rotating days off

Hours: 9:00/10:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120.00 - $128.00 per hour
