Masia Group is seeking a motivated Supervisor de Venta with experience in compressors to join our team in San Pedro Cholula. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success in the Industrial Automation industry.

As a Supervisor de Venta, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and overseeing our compressor product line. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, managing sales activities, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. We offer a competitive salary range of $18,000 - $20,000 monthly, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to promote and sell compressor products
- Manage sales activities and develop sales strategies




- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company
- Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus
- Entry-level experience in sales, preferably in industrial products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of compressors and industrial automation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
