Job Description

Role Summary:
The Business Process Owner for Supply Chain serves as the primary business representative responsible for defining, governing, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes during an ERP implementation. This role ensures that business requirements are accurately translated into ERP solutions while maintaining alignment with operational objectives, industry best practices, and organizational strategy.

Job Requirements

Specific Knowledge:
Deep operational expertise in planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics who can lead process design, drive business decisions, and ensure successful ERP adoption across the organization.

Desirable Knowledge: Prior participation in at least one full-cycle ERP implementation, preferably as a process lead, super user, or business owner. Experience with process mapping, business requirements documentation, and testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management. Strong understanding of ERP supply chain modules

Key Responsibilities

- Own and govern end-to-end supply chain processes,
- Define future-state business processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Lead business requirements gathering and process design workshops.




- Drive key business decisions regarding process standardization and ERP system configuration.
- Validate system designs and ensure they meet operational and compliance requirements.
- Support data migration, master data governance, and business rule definition.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business process validation.
- Support organizational change management, user adoption, and training activities.
- Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs and process performance metrics post go-live.

Languages: Fluent in English, both written and verbal. French is a bonus
