We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager / PMO Consultant to lead and coordinate technology-driven projects across multidisciplinary teams.

This role will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, risks, deliverables, stakeholder expectations, and delivery governance while ensuring strong visibility through Jira dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting. The idóneo candidate will have experience working in Agile environments, coordinating technical and business teams, managing Jira workflows, supporting documentation governance, and driving successful delivery across complex initiatives. What Does success mean in this role? Strong experience as a Project Manager, PMO, Project Coordinator, Agile Project Manager, or Change Manager. Experience leading technology projects in complex, cross-functional environments. Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including workflow management, dashboards, reporting, sprint planning, epics, and user stories. Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and project governance. Strong stakeholder management,



client-facing communication, and executive reporting skills. Experience tracking risks, dependencies, KPIs, project progress, and delivery performance. Ability to work with distributed and multicultural teams. Strong documentation governance, audit readiness, and process control experience. Experience working with technical teams, infrastructure teams, or software delivery teams. Excellent communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills. Daily Activities: Lead multiple technology projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives, project scope, timelines, and delivery expectations. Manage project planning, execution, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technical, infrastructure, documentation, and operations areas. Administer and optimize Jira workflows, including epics, user stories, backlog structure, sprint planning, dashboards, and reporting. Track project progress using Jira reports, KPIs, burndown charts, velocity tracking, and executive dashboards. Act as the main liaison between internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and leadership. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delivery gaps, escalating when needed and proposing mitigation plans.



Support documentation governance, version control, audit readiness, and knowledge base integrity. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery governance routines, including sprint planning, status reviews, and project follow-ups. Partner with technical teams to ensure controlled deployments, change management, release planning, and compliance with internal processes. Support transformation initiatives related to cloud, AI, contact center, telecom, or enterprise technology environments. Nice to Have Experience with Service Now, Splunk, AWS, Python, Java, HTML documentation, or PuTTY. Exposure to AI initiatives, cloud environments, contact center transformation, telecom projects, or regulatory documentation. Experience with ITIL change management, CAB meetings, release planning, and change governance.
