Coordinate raw material import operations to ensure timely supply for production.

Monitor import shipments and manage import documentation.

Ensure compliance with IMMEX and Foreign Trade regulations.

Support Foreign Trade audits and SAT compliance activities.

Manage Annex 24 inventory control systems (SEER Tráfico, I-Export or Millennium).

Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics providers.

Maintain digital and physical Foreign Trade records.

Follow up on VAT Certification processes.

Support virtual export operations.

Import/Export Analyst

A company located in Rosarito, Baja California is seeking an Import/Export Analyst to join our Import & Export Department.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate raw material import operations to ensure timely supply for production.

· Monitor import shipments and manage import documentation.

· Ensure compliance with IMMEX and Foreign Trade regulations.

· Support Foreign Trade audits and SAT compliance activities.





· Manage Annex 24 inventory control systems (SEER Tráfico, I-Export or Millennium).

· Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics providers.

· Maintain digital and physical Foreign Trade records.

· Follow up on VAT Certification processes.

· Support virtual export operations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade & Customs, International Business, or a related field (required).

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Import/Export or Foreign Trade.

· 80% English proficiency (written and spoken).

· Experience working with customs brokers and/or within the maquiladora/manufacturing industry.SEER Tráfico, I-Export, or Millennium.

· Knowledge of Foreign Trade compliance and audit processes.

· Experience with IMMEX Program operations (temporary imports and exports).

· Experience using Annex 24 inventory control systems

Sueldo: $4,500.00 - $4,800.00 a la semana
