- Manage phone calls, emails, and visitors in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements.
- Prepare, translate, and review documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Follow up on administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of pending actions.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials, and room arrangements.
- Prepare meeting minutes and monitor follow-up on action items.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to management and leadership as required.
Job requirements:
- Technical degree in Business Administration, International Business, Languages, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) – required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- High level of attention to detail.
