Role Description
This is a full-time role. The Coordinator Doctor will be responsible to provide professional and effective assistance services to International SOS clients who contact the Assistance center, in adherence to the highest standards of excellence. For overseeing patient care, managing communication between patients and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring that all medical records are accurately maintained. The Coordinator Doctor will also handle scheduling and administrative tasks, provide support for medical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. ENGLISH SKILLS IN ADVANCE LEVEL & BASED IN MEXICO CITY.
Qualifications
- Medical degree and appropriate licensure
- Board-certified in medical Medicine, Emergency Medicine and critical care.
- Internal Medicine
- Experience in emergency services
- Experience in patient care and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards
- Experience with telemedicine is a plus
