About Us
Flat Fee Landlord is a fast-growing, U.S.-based residential property management company with operations across Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Georgia. We help landlords manage their investment properties with expert-level service and a sharp eye on customer experience, innovation, and performance. We pride ourselves on building a team of proactive problem-solvers who are passionate about getting things done the right way.
As a company, we move fast, set high standards, and are committed to delivering both great results and great service. We're excited to welcome new team members who are looking to grow, learn, and be a part of something that's not your average property management company.
About the Role
We're looking for a Virtual Sales Executive to own the front end of our growth engine. Every day, landlords and investors reach out to us wanting help managing their rental properties. Your job is to make sure not a single one falls through the cracks — you follow up fast, book the appointment, run the conversation, close the deal, and then get that new owner cleanly onboarded with every document signed and compliant.
You will work hand-in-hand with our Sales Manager. Part of this role is straight selling; the other part is making sure the Sales Manager walks into every call fully prepared, with a clean pipeline, accurate notes, and no administrative drag slowing them down.
This is a role for someone who is competitive and wants their income tied to their results. The base is dependable, but the real money here is in the bonus — and the ceiling is high on purpose.
You must be highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, persuasive, and fluent in English. Experience with LeadSimple, AppFolio, or a comparable CRM is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting
- Respond to every inbound lead (phone, email, text, web form) within minutes, not hours
- Work leads through structured multi-touch follow-up sequences until you get a yes or a no — never a maybe
- Qualify prospects on property type, location, unit count, timeline, and expectations
- Book qualified consultations onto the calendar and drive show-up rates with confirmations and reminders
- Revive aged and dormant leads through outbound calling and re-engagement campaigns
Selling & Closing
- Run discovery and pitch calls with landlords and investors — present our management services, pricing, and value with confidence
- Handle objections on price, competitors, and "I'll manage it myself" without folding
- Close new management agreements and hit monthly door-count targets
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager on larger portfolios and multi-property deals
Onboarding New Owners
- Own the handoff from "signed" to "fully onboarded" — nothing stalls on your watch
- Send, track, and chase management agreements and onboarding paperwork to completion
- Collect required documents: W-9s, insurance certificates, keys and access details, existing leases, HOA information, utility and warranty info
- Set up new owners and properties correctly in our systems and confirm data accuracy
- Coordinate the internal handoff to operations, leasing, and maintenance so the client's first 30 days are flawless
Compliance & Documentation
- Verify every executed document is complete, signed by the right parties, current, and correctly filed
- Confirm all agreements and disclosures meet state and local requirements across the markets we operate in
- Flag missing, expired, or non-compliant documents and drive them to resolution
- Maintain clean, audit-ready client files
Process & Sales Manager Support
- Keep the CRM immaculate — every lead, call, note, stage, and next step logged accurately and in real time
- Prepare pre-call briefs so the Sales Manager is fully armed for every conversation
- Build and maintain checklists, templates, and workflows for lead follow-up, closing, and onboarding
- Report daily and weekly on leads, appointments set, show rates, closes, and pipeline health
- Identify where deals are leaking and propose fixes — we want your ideas, not just your execution
Qualifications
- Fluent/Expert English, spoken and written — this is non-negotiable. You will be on the phone with U.S. property owners every day.
- 2+ years in sales, inside sales, appointment setting,
or account management — B2B or real estate strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or beating quota (be ready to talk numbers)
- Comfortable and confident on the phone; you pick it up without hesitation
- Experience with a CRM (LeadSimple, HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, or similar); AppFolio a plus
- Sharp attention to detail on documents, deadlines, and data entry
- Highly organized and self-directed — you manage your own day and your own pipeline
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours (Central or Eastern time)
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet dedicated workspace, and a working computer with a headset
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance-based pay
Compensation
- Base: MX$20,000 per month
- Performance bonus paid on qualified appointments set, new management agreements closed, and clean on-time onboardings
- Realistic on-target earnings: MX$35,000 – MX$45,000 per month for a strong performer
- Top performers: MX$55,000+ per month
- Full-time, long-term position with regular performance reviews and clear paths to raise your base as you prove yourself

- Remote-first company with a supportive and performance-driven culture
