Name of the Position: AI Product Manager

About the role: We are looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered products and features. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into products that create real value for users and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

● Define and own the product roadmap for AI-driven features and platforms.

● Translate business problems into clear AI product requirements and success metrics.

● Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to scope feasible, high-impact AI use cases.

● Run discovery, prioritization, and experimentation cycles (A/B tests, pilots, MVPs).

● Define KPIs to measure model performance, adoption, and business impact.

● Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and risks to executive stakeholders.

● Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.

Qualifications:





● 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with AI/ML products.

● Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, is required.

● Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, LLMs, and AI product constraints.

● Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.

● Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to inform decisions.

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

Soft Skills:

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Strategic thinking with a bias toward action.

● Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

● Collaborative mindset and empathy for both users and engineering teams.

Technical Skills:

● Familiarity with LLM-based products (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).

● Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).

● Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Linear).

● Basic understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture.

Schedule:

● Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

● Onsite position in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
