Main Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to the production schedule by verifying programming and confirming that planned activities are executed as required.

- Respond to emergencies, support problem‑solving, investigate and analyze issues, and initiate or recommend corrective actions for deviations and variables affecting schedules, costs, quality, and other factors.

- Prepare and analyze required documentation (e.g., production reports, log sheets, etc.).

- Submit requisitions for tools, equipment, and suppliers needed for production operations.

- Coordinate production area resources to ensure efficient performance.

- Review new product plans and discuss equipment needs and modifications with design engineers.

- Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, reduce operating costs, and increase the efficient use of labor and materials.





- Conduct plant audits to support continuous improvement.

- Follow plant policies.

- Participate in safety inspections.

- Provide guidance to all personnel under your supervision to ensure departmental goals are met.

- Implement, communicate and comply EHS responsibilities and policy.

Basic Qualifications:

- Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

- Three years of experience managing teams across low, mid, and high-level roles.

- Fluent conversational English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience in Wax area.

- Knowledge in manufacturing processes, AS9100, NPI.

- Decision making and personnel management skills.
