As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented professionals to join our Human Resources team in Mexico and help us attract top talent to support our expanding operations.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help lead our recruitment efforts. Unlike traditional reactive recruiting, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and nurturing high-level talent to facilitate our organization's long-term growth and future success. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from developing job profiles to facilitating onboarding.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency required (all interviews and daily communication will be conducted in English)
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach and excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to commute to our offices in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León (100% on-site position)

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sourcing: Identify staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.



Proactively source candidates using various recruitment tools and professional networks.
- Candidate Selection: Screen resumes and conduct preliminary behavioral-based interviews to validate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the leaders to establish clear hiring criteria and refine requirements for their specific departments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates for future high-volume needs.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire process from interview scheduling and panel coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Create and implement recruitment marketing campaigns and diversity hiring initiatives to enhance our employer brand.
