C.R. England is hiring for a Road Service Agent (RSA) to assist with Road Service Operations and support fleets assigned to their watch. This position requires regularly updating the department leaders and operations groups, providing well educated decisions on very particular cases and being the point contact between RS Department and Operations. The person in this role interats with C.R. England Operations Group, Service Providers, Drivers, Vendors, RS management team, HR department in Mexico among others.

Activities:

- Oversee mechanical breakdowns

- Making outbound and taking inbound phone calls

- Coordinate and schedule service, providing our drivers with an accurate start and completion

- Ensure that our CRE drivers are given the support that is needed daily

- Strong customer service skills

Abilities:

- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner

- Providing resolutions to problems in a time-effective manner

- Attention to detail

- Ability to adapt





- Problem-solving

Requirements:

- English proficiency advanced to native

- Location: Querétaro

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to manage multiple operating systems

- Ability with software systems

- Call Center experience

- Mechanical experience
