What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Junior Creative Account Manager to act as the bridge between clients and our creative team.

This role combines client communication, project coordination, and creative translation, ensuring that ideas are clearly defined, properly executed, and delivered successfully.
You will not only support projects, you will help lead them, translating client needs into actionable creative direction and ensuring smooth execution across multidisciplinary teams.

Important: This is not a Community Manager role. We do not handle advertising campaigns or social media management.

Main Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for global clients, understanding their needs and managing expectations.
- Transform client requests into clear briefs and actionable creative plans.
- Coordinate design, industrial design, and audiovisual projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Lead project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure quality and deadlines.
- Present ideas, progress, and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:





- 0–2 years of experience or internships in account management, marketing, creative advertising, or communications.
- Basic understanding of advertising, marketing principles, graphic design workflows, and project coordination.
- Basic experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn agency tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
- Available for occasional international travel (valid passport).
