Sinopec Mexico is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Lawyer to join our legal team. We are seeking a candidate eager to join a general oil and gas corporation for a long-term relationship. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with significant experience in the oil and gas sector to lead and contribute to a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle litigation, tax issues, contracts with suppliers and clients, labor disputes, and related labor law risk management.
- Advise on corporate governance and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide legal guidance on daily corporate matters.
- Support strategic decision-making through legal expertise.

Qualifications:

- 5–10 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry, with in-depth knowledge of industry-related laws.
- Prior experience working in private companies or foreign enterprises is preferred.




- Proven experience in managing a corporate legal team.
- Solid experience in litigation, tax issues, labor disputes, and labor law risk management.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance.
- Ability to handle daily legal matters within a corporate environment.
- Proficient in English and capable of working in English.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- High level of loyalty and professional integrity.
- Graduate from a recognized Mexican law school with a valid Mexican attorney license.
