Responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect categories at a regional level, ensuring cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and value creation for the organization. Leads strategic supplier management, contract negotiations, and collaboration with internal stakeholders, aligning procurement strategies with business objectives.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management; previous leadership experience preferred.
- Language: Advanced English required (professional / conversational level).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or procurement certification such as CPSM or CIPS is a plus).
- Tools: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Eclipse, etc.) and e-sourcing platforms.
- Leadership: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
