We are looking for a talented professional passionate about technology consulting, platform strategy, and digital transformation to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Advise on platform selection, architecture decisions, and technology cost optimization.
- Design and implement industry-leading technology solutions tailored to business needs.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud and platform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment.
- Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key strategic initiatives.
- Analyze complex challenges and recommend actionable strategies to optimize platform performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to influence outcomes and elevate quality standards.
- Support team growth by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements (Must Have)

- 3+ years of experience in enterprise platform consulting, advisory, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and general teams.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced conversational English (required for stakeholder interaction).
- Experience contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, Empathy, Commitment, Leadership.

Nice to Have

- Experience in large-scale digital or enterprise transformation projects.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.).
- Experience developing reusable technology assets or accelerators.

Location & Schedule:

- Location: Candidates located in Monterrey, Saltillo, or Mexico City (CDMX) will work under a hybrid model, attending the office 2–3 times per week.

- Modality: Hybrid / Remote (depending on location).

- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
