What awaits you:

- Manage end-of-month closing activities related to materials and logistics operations.
- Review, validate, and approve supplier invoices within SAP in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and track material requirements, ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices,



shipments, or inventory.
- Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards in all logistics operations.
- Oversee port and border movements to ensure a timely and compliant delivery of all inbound components.
- Assist with Tariff recovery as necessary
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations.
- Create declaration of value (manifestation de valor) for all imports
- Coordinate with the customs broker all the imports and review the pedimentos
- Continuously improve process through use of AI and Industry 4.0 tools both internally and externally
- Enter all imports into the SAT system

Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with SAP systems, particularly in invoice processing and materials management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- >5 Years Supply Chain Experience including Logistics and manufacturing in automotive industry.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages are preferred.
- Detailed understanding of Mexico trade regulations and requirements
