Role Purpose

Support the stabilization and optimization of HTR operations by assisting with daily operational activities and continuous improvement efforts. This role offers exposure to a multinational environment and real-time operational challenges.

Responsibilities

Support activities aimed at stabilizing HTR operations.
Assist in identifying opportunities to optimize operational processes.
Monitor daily operational performance and report issues or deviations.




Help document procedures, updates, and process improvements.
Collaborate with team members to address day-to-day operational challenges.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and quality.
Maintain accurate records and follow established operational guidelines.

Required Skills

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, International Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
