Bilingual Recruiter - Remote

Recruiting Smarter is a growing recruitment agency connecting qualified professionals with companies across the United States. We recruit for legal, administrative, operations, customer service, sales, and other professional roles.

We are looking for a resourceful Talent Sourcer / Recruiter with strong experience identifying qualified candidates through active research. This role is primarily focused on sourcing rather than managing the full recruitment process.

Responsibilities

- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, job boards, professional directories, social media, and other online sources.
- Build and execute Boolean searches and Google X-Ray searches.
- Identify candidates for difficult-to-fill and highly specialized positions.
- Use data scraping, enrichment, automation, and contact-finding tools to build candidate lists.
- Review resumes and profiles to evaluate candidate fit.
- Contact candidates through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews when needed.
- Create and maintain organized candidate pipelines in the ATS, CRM, or internal systems.
- Meet sourcing and outreach goals while maintaining high data quality.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate research.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Knowledge of Boolean search, Google X-Ray search, and advanced internet research.
- Ability to find passive candidates without relying only on job postings.
- Experience working with spreadsheets, ATS platforms, CRMs,



or sourcing databases.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a suitable remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience sourcing candidates for U.S.-based companies.
- Experience sourcing attorneys, legal professionals, or other specialized candidates.
- Experience working for a recruiting or staffing agency.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, Apify, PhantomBuster, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data scraping, enrichment, email verification, or recruiting automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Fluency in English
