What We Are Looking For We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with a passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities that align with their skills and expertise. This role will focus on our banking and financial services domain, supporting the build-out of a new hub in Mexico City. We want someone excited about working in the emerging technology space, eager to keep learning in a multicultural environment, and motivated by the opportunity to build teams across new markets in Mexico and the US. Your Background Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT,



within an agency or corporate environment Proven track record staffing positions at all levels across the Software Development Lifecycle Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills in both English and Spanish Solid relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers to support interview processes, negotiations, and offer closings Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate flow documentation Familiarity with HR practices and labour regulations in Mexico and/or the US What You'll Be Doing Supporting and accelerating team growth across Mexico and the United States Proactively sourcing and building candidate pipelines in Mexico City Pre-screening candidates, driving the interview process, and following up with hiring managers for timely feedback Leveraging recruiting tools, LinkedIn, and social media to identify and attract top talent Partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver the best candidate experience Contributing to broader team initiatives and bringing creative, innovative ideas to improve our recruiting processes What We Offer Personal training and development programmes Individual Career Development Plan Paid time off Fully remote, general work experience, with occasional office visits when required by the business Competitive compensation in line with local market standards And more
