We are looking for a high-energy, experienced Senior IT Talent Advisor to join our tech recruitment team and drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for high-impact roles. Role Overview As a Senior IT Talent Advisor , you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent across various technical domains. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and client leaders, guiding them through the talent landscape with data-driven insights. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess deep expertise in technical sourcing, and know how to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle IT Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for complex IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Specialists, Data Scientists). Stakeholder & Manager Engagement: Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and clients. Understand their business needs, advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and interview best practices. Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, tech communities, GitHub, etc.) to engage both active and passive tech candidates.
ATS Management & Pipeline Optimization: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidates, optimize pipeline efficiency, ensure data integrity, and streamline the hiring workflow. Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process. Offer Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate salary negotiations, manage expectations, and present offers to successfully close top candidates. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 4 years of dedicated experience in IT/Tech Talent Acquisition (agency or corporate environment). Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of tech stacks, software development lifecycles, and emerging IT roles/frameworks. ATS Expertise: Hands-on experience working with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) to manage candidate workflows. Manager & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing and influencing hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor rather than an order-taker. Sourcing Skills: Expertise in creative sourcing techniques beyond standard job boards. Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
