You will assist customers by tracing packages, answer questions about FedEx products and services, and prepare operation reports.The adecuado candidate has a high school diploma, 18 months of clerical or service experience, strong communication and typing skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
English fluency is required (TOEIC 450+).
