**Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Application Analyst - Remote**

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Application Analyst** to join a large healthcare technology initiative.
This is a **100% remote** opportunity supporting a leading healthcare organization.
The initial contract is for **6 months**, with a strong possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
**Required Qualifications**
- Active **Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB)** Certification (**Required**)
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and professional billing workflows
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and support Professional Billing workflows, including charge capture, claim processing, reimbursement, payment posting, and collections.
- Configure workqueues, billing edits, rules, reports, and revenue cycle workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, revenue cycle teams, project managers,



and technical teams to support ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing activities, and new feature implementations.
- Assist with Functional Testing, Integrated Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience supporting Epic Hospital Billing (HB) or additional Epic Revenue Cycle modules is a plus.
- Experience working within large healthcare organizations or integrated delivery networks.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SQL, Reporting Workbench, Clarity, or Caboodle.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
