Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with quality requirements
Coordinating cross‐functional project teams, including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Quality
Monitoring project milestones, deliverables, budgets and project risks
Preparing and maintaining project schedules, action plans and status reports
Managing project‐related communication with internal stakeholders and customers
Identifying project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures
Coordinating project meetings and tracking action items to ensure timely completion
Supporting change management activities and ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures and applicable regulations

What Qualifications You Should Have
Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or defense industry
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent) is considered an advantage
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Excellent planning, coordination and problem‐solving abilities
Experience in managing cross‐functional and international projects
Good understanding of project planning tools and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
Independent and self‐reliant way of working
Willingness to business travel
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage
