**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assign and monitor crew coverage in real time, with proper anticipation, executingOperational configuration of the PSS (fares, taxes, rules).
- Implement changes in TEST/PROD environments using checklists, double validation, and documented evidence; ensure commercial logic is accurately reflected without impacting sales or check-in.
- Monitor key metrics and alerts; identify anomalies and escalate to the provider/technical teams to contain impact and restore service.
- Technical integration with third parties via REST APIs.
- Interpret Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, validate contracts, and consume endpoints (HTTP methods, headers, authentication, pagination, 4xx/5xx codes); document flows, errors, and evidence to ensure predictable integrations.
- Data validation using SQL Server (reservations,



charges, inventory).
- Build T-SQL queries to cross operational tables, detect discrepancies, and generate reports to support decision-making and audits.
**Required Knowledge and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency and availability to travel.
- 3+ years operating New Skies or Navitaire systems.
- 2+ years of experience with SQL Server/T-SQL for validations and UAT support.
