- Job Description**
We are looking for a **Live Commerce Operator** to support the execution and control of live streaming sessions focused on fashion sales (apparel).
This role is responsible for technical operation and live session control, ensuring proper product setup, promotions, and real-time performance monitoring.

- Responsibilities**
Configure product links and settings before each live session
Verify pricing, inventory, and promotional setup
Activate coupons, discounts, and live campaign mechanics
Monitor key real-time metrics (views, clicks, conversion rate)
Adjust product order and session rhythm based on performance
Coordinate closely with the host during live sessions
Assist with post-live analysis and reporting
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in live streaming or e-commerce (preferred)




Basic understanding of digital performance metrics
Strong attention to detail and ability to react quickly
Organized and responsible
Availability for afternoon/evening schedule
(e.g., 14:00 PM - 22:00 PM)/ (12:*****:00)

**Base Salary**:
$15,000 MXN per month (depending on experience)
**Performance Bonus (KPI-based)**:
Monthly bonus based on:
Achievement of GMV targets
Improvement in conversion rate
Accuracy in system configuration (zero critical errors)
Delivery of post-live reports
