Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and consistent attendance and enrollment records.
- Manage and organize enrollment forms, ensuring all required documents are complete and compliant.
- Support reconciliation across funding, academic, and compliance systems.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of internal data systems, platforms, and intake processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data and forms are clean, accurate, and reporting-ready.
- Prepare data and forms for audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Meet reporting deadlines and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and reporting systems.
**Qualifications**:
- **Advanced Excel proficiency** (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, lookups).
- Strong organizational skills with **exceptional attention to detail**.




- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms, tools, and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English language proficiency required.
- Educational or professional background in administration, finance, data management, or operations preferred.
