Job Description:
The CRM Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
This role bridges the gap between business objectives and technology, ensuring that the CRM system effectively supports marketing, sales, and customer service operations.
The CRM Specialist will analyze customer data, manage campaigns, and ensure the integrity and usability of customer information to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
CRM System Management
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, etc.).
- Customize workflows, fields, dashboards, reports, and user roles to meet evolving business requirements.
Data Management & Analysis
- Manage and maintain the integrity of customer and prospect data within the CRM system.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, segments, and actionable insights that inform business strategies.
- Implement data hygiene practices such as deduplication, data enrichment, and regular audits.
Campaign & Sales Support
- Support the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing and sales campaigns using CRM data.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build customer journeys and lifecycle automation.
- Measure campaign ROI and customer engagement metrics through CRM dashboards and reports.
User Training & Support
- Provide technical support and training for CRM users across departments.
- Create and maintain CRM user guides, documentation, and FAQs.
- Ensure high levels of user adoption and satisfaction with CRM tools.
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Recommend and implement CRM enhancements to improve customer interaction, lead management, and operational efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to define CRM-related business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovations and improvements.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CRM-specific certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot CRM Certification).
Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.).
- Experience supporting CRM in sales, marketing, or customer success environments.
- Proven experience in CRM reporting, segmentation, and workflow management.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modeling, and system integrations.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic understanding of APIs and third-party CRM integrations is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
Working Conditions:
