Viva Global is partnering with a prestigious California-based personal injury law firm known for high-stakes litigation, sophisticated legal work, and exceptional results.
We are sourcing an experienced **Senior Paralegal** to join this top-tier U.S. legal team and contribute to meaningful cases with real impact—all while working remotely from Latin America.
This is a **long-term, senior-level role** designed for an accomplished paralegal with California litigation experience, excellent English legal writing skills, and deep knowledge of discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft and respond to discovery requests with mínimal supervision
- Prepare motions, supporting documents, and court filings in California courts
- Collaborate on trial preparation (exhibits, witness lists, timelines, etc.)
- Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Conduct legal and factual research for active cases- Work closely with U.S.based attorneys on complex litigation matters
**Required Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal




- Minimum 2 years working with a California law firm (PI experience strongly preferred)
- Fluent in English with U.S.level professional legal writing skills
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure, discovery, and motion practice
- Proficiency with legal software (Clio, MyCase, Filevine, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
