**Specific responsibilities are**:
Ability to root cause quickly and accurately frame issue(s), identify the problem(s), and provide effective resolutions.
Serve as a coach for Kepner-Tregoe and Shainin techniques.
Lead focused improvement workshops and kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency at supplier locations.
Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple Supplier Quality projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable corrective actions and preventive measures.
Facilitate training sessions to build supplier capability in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 8 years of work experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; other degrees with relevant work experience may be considered.




Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel freely across international borders.
