**Specific responsibilities are**:
Ability to quickly and accurately identify equipment-related issues, frame problems, and implement effective resolutions.
Serve as a coach and mentor in autonomous maintenance including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and early equipment management.
Lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance strategies to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build operator capability, ownership, and workplace organization.
Implement and sustain 5S and visual management systems to improve workplace efficiency and safety.
Plan, prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple autonomous and preventive maintenance projects across supplier and plant locations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance, and workplace organization into broader quality and reliability strategies.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Engineering.




Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field; other degrees with relevant experience may be considered.
Proven expertise in TPM, autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance systems, and workplace organization.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel across international borders as needed.
