**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all client invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee accounts receivable processes and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records for internal company operations.
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients regarding billing.
- Provide exceptional customer service related to payment inquiries, clarification, or billing concerns
- including client calls as needed.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to improve and streamline billing processes.




- Generate reports and insights related to receivables and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and internal policies.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles, with a strong focus on invoicing and AR.
- Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in client-facing or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
**Remote Work Requirements**:
- A minimum of two monitors for optimal productivity.
- A quiet and dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection for smooth communication and task execution.
Pay: $32,****** - $34,****** per month
