- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with extensive recruitment experience specifically in Mexico and/or other Latin American countries-
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Able to manage large number of recruiting processes simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Must have the ability to work across diverse cultures and styles to build consensus and support.
Strong team orientation.
- Effective Project Management approach and skills- Ability to continuously spot problem areas and act to improve systems and processes as appropriate.
- Strong work ethic and experience at task prioritization/management- Ability to think/reason analytically.
- Strong negotiation skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Workday ATS, etc.)
What You'll Do




The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout Stanley Black & Decker's Manufacturing sites in Mexico.
This will be achieved through the development of local and regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
The Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for the organization.

- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers by possessing strong business acumen, understanding the talent needs required and a solid grasp of ideal culture alignment.
- Build solid relationships across the organization.
- Create unique and robust search strategies that will identify and deliver the right talent for the right roles at the right time.

- Offer alternative sourcing strategies and educate key stakeholders on market dynamics- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions with current Recruitment Metrics.
- Reacts to change as a positive challenge and translates it into opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation throughout the recruitment process-
