Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Master Scheduler_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the Master Scheduler Sr, Master Scheduler role involves_ being responsible for supporting materials and production functions.
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Create daily production schedules_
- _ Supervise that deadlines are met._
- _ Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization_
- _ Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management_
- _ Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues._
- _ Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime_
- _ Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials_
- _ Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization._
- _ Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._




- _ Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues (such as: BAAN and Flex Flow)_
- _ Provide training to staff members as required_
- _ Report key metrics as required_
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS degree._
- _ MRP system knowledge._
- _ Experience in the metal mechanical/ manufacturing industry._
- _ Demonstrates data analysis knowledge._
- _ Advanced Excel._
- _ Intermediate English level._
- _ Assertive communication skills to internal customer: verbal and written._
- _ Able to build strong relationships._
- _ Strong Experience on efficient control._
- _ Strong organizational and time management skills._
- _ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference._
- _ Experience with Databases such as Kinaxis is a plus._
