WE’RE HIRING: Architectural Design & Drafting Associate (Revit Specialist)

✔️ Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Latin America)

✔️ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Fixed Weekdays, Weekends Off)

✔️ Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

✔️ Compensation: $7.00 – $8.00 / hr (approx. US$1,210.00 – US$1,380.00 / month, full-time Mon to Fri)

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented design professional who loves bringing architectural concepts to life through Revit? We are seeking an Architectural Design & Drafting Associate to join our supportive, growth-oriented team.

How You Will Make an Impact

✔️ Bring Designs to Life: Develop, update, and refine architectural drawings using Revit in close coordination with project leadership.

✔️ Support Construction Plans: Prepare clear, comprehensive construction document packages that guide project success.

✔️ Collaborate with Teams: Partner with architects and project teammates to align design visions and integrate thoughtful feedback.

✔️ Maintain High Standards: Ensure drawing sets are well-organized, accurate, and clearly documented at every stage.





What You Bring to the Team

✔️ Residency: Must currently reside in Latin America.

✔️ Experience: 1+ years of architectural drafting experience (design or construction background welcome).

✔️ Revit Proficiency: Practical experience using Revit for architectural modeling and drawing sets.

✔️ Portfolio: A PDF or online portfolio showcasing your Revit work and attention to detail.

✔️ Communication: Fluent written and spoken English skills with an updated English resume.

✔️ Core Strengths: Thoughtful attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and a spirit of teamwork.
