You will lead induction of new hires and temporaries, plan training actions, and monitor certification progress, ensuring adherence to safety, quality and 5S standards on the shop floor.You will drive TPM activities, manage daily performance, and coordinate with support functions to maintain SQCDM targets.
On-site role based in Michoacán, with emphasis on continuous improvement and team development.
