translating inputs into user stories and actionable work items.Maintain visibility into priorities, progress, and outcomes across stakeholders and the broader Platform Infrastructure team.Support stakeholder communications, including roadmap updates and governance status reporting.Governance Artefacts & DocumentationOwn and maintain the governance artefact library, including architectural standards, best-practice documentation, and governance tracking materials.Ensure documentation is accurate, current, clearly written, and easily accessible to the engineering communities it supports.Help establish consistent governance processes that are easy for technical teams to understand and follow.Operational ExcellenceCoordinate product governance activities from intake through delivery tracking.Ensure governance documentation and standards remain aligned with roadmap execution.Provide operational support that enables the Product Owner to focus on strategic priorities and stakeholder engagement.ABOUT YOUBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; background in technology, operations, or information systems preferred3–5 years of experience in a product, platform, business analyst, or technology operations roleExperience supporting a product owner or program manager — backlog management, status tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordinationStrong attention to detail and ability to manage and maintain living documentation across multiple workstreams simultaneouslyFamiliarity with governance or compliance frameworks at a working level preferredStrong written communication skills and comfort producing artefacts that engineering and architecture teams can act fromOrganized and methodical, with a track record of bringing structure to complex, cross-functional environmentsExperience working in agile delivery environmentsWorking ModelThis role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least one day per week.
