**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
- Experience collaborating on sales strategy planning.
- Knowledge of CUD technologies, products, and market landscape.
- Comfort working with large data sets and strong data analytics skills.
