About the roleOversees the entire order cycle, direct transportation, warehousing, and inventory to ensure the right goods are delivered to the right place and on time, while minimizing costs and maximizing operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor the entire order cycle, ensuring seamless flow of materials from suppliers to end customers.Manage stock levels, delivery schedules, and storage solutions to prevent shortages and reduce overhead costs.Maintain a good relationship with suppliers and logistics partners to keep service levels confidence as the business requires.Monitor shipping and operational budgets, identifying bottlenecks and executing cost‐saving strategies.Supervise the superintendents and provide support to all the team, fostering a safe and productive work environment.Resolve delivery delays and ensure shipments comply with international and domestic regulations (FDA CGMP, USA/MX/European customs regulations, ISO *****, ISO ****).
Skills & ExperienceBlend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands‐on operational experience.Mastery of ERP SAP (WMS, TMS).
