OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Workday Consultant to join our team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Mexico City.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Workday consultant at Marsh, you will work alongside experienced delivery leaders and functional/technical specialists to support clients across the full Workday product suite.
This is a high-growth, client-facing role with deep exposure to ongoing system management.ResponsibilitiesRespond to client configuration requests, and drive issue resolution within your assigned Workday domainAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday support tickets in a timely and high-quality mannerPerform configuration changes, business process updates, and testing in Workday tenant environmentsDocument solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations clearly and thoroughlyCollaborate with cross-functional AMS team members to support clientsSupport project delivery tasks such as testing, data validation, and change management activitiesProactively identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization for client accountsQualifications4+ years of professional experience; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to applyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, team-oriented attitude with a client service mindsetBasic understanding of enterprise software solutionsAdvanced Level of English is a MustPreferredPrior experience with WorkdayPrior internship or academic project experience with an ERP or HRIS platform (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Familiarity with ITSM concepts or ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira,
