This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping injury victims get the legal support they need. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a sales-oriented background.

We are looking for a confident, sales-driven, and highly persuasive Sales Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a critical role in converting qualified leads into signed clients . We are seeking someone with a strong sales mindset who knows how to build trust quickly, ask the right probing questions, overcome objections, and guide potential clients through the onboarding and sign-up process with confidence.

Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone, email, chat,



and other communication channels. Conduct high-quality intake calls with potential clients, gathering case details and assessing eligibility. Accurately document all conversations, updates, and lead activity in the CRM and case management systems.

Coordinate with the legal and intake teams to ensure a smooth handoff once the client signs. Strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Experience in the personal injury legal industry. Familiarity with Filevine, Dropbox, or similar software platforms. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. Skilled at creating meaningful connections and helping individuals make informed decisions.
